About Ashley
I'm your planner, but I'm also your logistics coordinator, parent whisperer, communications manager, and most importantly - the calm amid the chaos.
On your wedding day, I'm equal parts supportive friend, hype woman, and detail-obsessed perfectionist. I'll remind you to take a deep breath when stress starts creeping in while still spotting the tiny things no one else would think to look for. Chairs too close together? Table number not facing the right direction? Family not sure where to go? No sweat–I was made for this.
I grew up in a small town in New Jersey and studied event planning in Rhode Island before moving to Madison in 2020 to work in corporate. My goal was always to be a wedding planner and after years of doing it as a passion project, my husband helped me finally take the leap.
Hi there! I’m Ashley
Rather than just following old traditions or current social media trends, the couples I work with want their wedding day to reflect them and their love. They have their own vision and aren’t afraid to unapologetically bring it to life.
They are positive, excited, and want to celebrate surrounded by all the people they love most.
And above all else, they know how special it is that they found each other, and are just as excited about the rest of their lives together as they are about their wedding day.
Who are you?
I spend as much time as I can on the pickleball court (we even played at my wedding!)
I live with the two loves of my life - my husband and my cat. They are my favorite part of every day.
I try to visit a new country every year! The Netherlands has been my favorite so far.
I'm obsessed with brunch - it's my favorite way to spend time on a Saturday morning.
I have a lot of "old lady" habits. I play cribbage, crochet, and eat dinner at 5:00.
Strength training has become a core part of my everyday life. I love getting stronger every day.
My next outing is the newest cocktail lounge. My favorite so far? Bryant's in Milwaukee.
Like every relationship worth having, it all comes down to trust and communication.
I need you to trust I’m always working in your best interest. I’ll guide you through the bigger decisions to ensure you feel good about the choices you're making and I'll handle the micro decisions for you so you can use your energy elsewhere.
All the smaller details and communications will be taken care of on schedule in the background, even if you’re not CC’d on every email (trust me–you don’t want to be). Don't worry - you'll be informed every step of the way.
We'll talk about your must-haves, the things you don’t want, your budget–I even want to get to know about your everyday life together. Completely knowing you and your story helps me plan a wedding where all your guests will say, “This is so them.”
