Putting together the wedding of your dreams takes time, so the earlier we start the better. Whether you’re looking for a wedding planner, coordinator, or something in between, I’m ready when you are.

Planning begins as soon as we decide to work together.
Ideally, we’ll have at least 12 months, but we can evaluate and adjust for your needs. As we reach the end of the process, you’ll have made all the decisions you need to, often without realizing you’ve made them all.

- We'll meet to review your planning checklist, budget, logistics, and progress each month.
- I'll review your inspiration boards and create a vendor team and design deck that matches your personality and vision.
- I'll manage vendor communications and ensure they have the info they need, before they need it.
- I'll meet everyone at the rehearsal to alleviate any last minute anxiety, and then I'll oversee the day-of execution - including setup and teardown of your décor and personal items, and management of your vendors, guests, and timeline.

I prefer to sign on as your coordinator at least six months in advance. If it’s shorter notice, then let’s start now.

- I'll create a draft of your timeline 6 months out and will continue to refine it as we finish planning.
- We'll meet at 2 months out to walk through everything you've planned and determine what's left.
- I'll step into vendor communication to confirm details.
- At 2 weeks out, we'll meet again to finalize the remaining details.
- I'll coordinate your rehearsal, where I'll meet your wedding day VIPs, answer any last minute questions, and–of course–walk through ceremony logistics.
- The day-of, my team and I will coordinate your vendors, manage the timeline, and solve the problems you'll never know existed.
Thorough coordination starts well before the wedding rehearsal.
